Our team holds CIPS Level 5 and are well versed on the risks and strategies required for successful delivery.

Getting the right teams and suppliers on board is critical to project success. We manage procurement end-to-end from scoping and tendering to evaluation and contract negotiation. We don’t just chase the lowest price; we help you select competent, deliverable teams with clear responsibilities and robust commercial terms that reduce risk down the line.

A project lives or dies by its programme. We develop buildable, realistic schedules, not just Gantt charts, that reflect actual workflows, sequencing, and lead times. We then actively manage that schedule throughout delivery, adjusting to change, holding teams accountable, and keeping you informed on progress and risk.

We put systems in place that give you real visibility, not glossy dashboards with no substance. You’ll get structured reporting on progress, risks, cost, and key decisions, backed by data. Our controls give project stakeholders clarity and confidence, and help avoid surprises, delays, or scope creep.

Technical integration across disciplines is where many projects fall apart. We coordinate structural, civil, and M&E packages to ensure everything aligns spatially, practically, and programme-wise. No clashes. No late redesigns. Just smooth delivery because the design actually works on site.

We develop and manage strategies that allow construction to progress without interrupting day-to-day operations. That means managing noise, dust, access, phasing, and critical interfaces so you stay operational, safe, and compliant throughout.

We manage the delivery of wind, solar, thermal biomass, and waste-to-energy projects, coordinating planning, grid, and stakeholder inputs across all phases. All design and modelling work is managed through our specialist partners.

We oversee feasibility, consenting, and infrastructure planning for solar, wind, and hydrogen systems selecting the right delivery partners and managing risk across development and implementation.

We help organisations optimise how they generate, store, and consume energy, bringing in engineering partners where needed and aligning energy strategy with commercial and environmental goals.

We manage the planning and integration of urban heat networks and decentralised energy systems identifying opportunities for carbon savings, funding, and system efficiency.

Where required, we appoint and manage engineering specialists to support transmission, compliance, and technical assurance on behalf of asset owners and developers.
